Madison Lamp is the Director of Strategic Outreach for The Nimitz Group. She has years of legislative and leadership focused experience. Madison first moved to Washington DC upon acceptance into The Washington Center Academic Internship Program. Through The Washington Center, she was introduced to the legislative process and accepted an internship with the Office of the Parliamentarian in the U.S. House of Representatives. Upon completion of her internship, Madison returned to her home state of Ohio and served as an intern for the Rob Portman for U.S. Senate campaign. During her senior year at Tiffin University, she founded and chaired the Tiffin University College Republicans chapter. Madison graduated from Tiffin University with a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree. The Nimitz Group welcomed Madison onboard in May 2017.
